My wife came up with this on the fly. This recipe does not count for toppings or tortillas. We served on corn tortilla's, with low fat cheddar cheese and avocado. You can also but a bit of sour cream on top if that's your thing. The jerk seasoning is 0 cal at 1/4 tsp, you use 2 tbsp so there is probably calorie considerations, but it is minimal. One serving should be enough for 3 tortillas.
