This is so full of goodies you won't know it's actually very healthy for you. You can substitute any part-skim/lowfat cheese for the Kraft slices (just try to limit to 1/4 cup).
This is a very thrown together recipe, and its open to experimentation. I just put down the basics, but everytime I make it, I add something different.
You can use lower fat breadcrumbs if you can find them..This will lower the calories a little more..
I came up with this recipe after trying Caribbean Calypso Island Hoppin' BBQ Sauce and Dip, www.barbbar.com (Which was too hot to use solely ) And I use Marzetta's brand of green and red pepper relish, (found at local Walmart on pickle aisle) but any brand of these types of sauce should suffice. My husband does not know this dish is low fat and thinks I am an awesome chef. Lol.
