YUM! Choc, peanut butter and banana smoothie, great snack or meal replacement
I love these flavors together and all for under 300 calories!!
Mix it all together in a glass with ice - 1.5 oz clear tequilla, 1.5 oz orange liquor, splassh (0.5 oz?) of sour mix. Throw in juice of 2 lemon wedges & 2 lime wedges, soda water to top of glass. Salt rim for extra deliciousness! =D
This smoothie is creamy, light, and delicious. It's a perfect after-school snack or an easy breakfast if you're rushed in the morning. Add frozen yogurt instead of regular if you prefer a thicker smoothie.

My brother-in-law passed the original recipe to me. I reduced the sugar by using a liquid sweetener and Tropicana 50% less sugar orange juice. Fruit pieces are not counted in the nutrition count.
Kefir is a liquid yogurt which is low fat and high in protein, and it helps build flora in the GI tract. This is the basic recipe; for more vitamin content add fruit such as banana, blueberries, strawberries, etc. A very healthy and delicious smoothie. I have IBS and can tolerate this well if I don't add the fruit.

This turned out VERY lavender-y, so you might want to reduce it to a teaspoon when you make it.
