I never thought I would like this combination, but it has become a family favorite.
I dip mine in hot sauce first and then the breadcrumbs for a nice kick.
I found this recipe on the Penn Maid website when I was looking for Gluten Free Sour Cream. I tweaked it a little to be gluten free.
The chili peppers really give this a nice little kick. I use this sauce on pretty much everything, not just pasta.
Because you marinate this for 3 days I have included all the ingrediants in the nutrition...actual consumption may be a little less since you don't ingest all the marinade.
Oh so good and oh so filling!!! Great comfort food in the cold months. I have found that not only are some of the Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes gluten free but are wonderful to use to thicken soups. Be sure you check the package as it is clearly marked "Gluten Free" on the back if it is gluten free.

I highly recommend the Classico Sauces, there are a few with gluten but most are gluten free so check the labels. UMM umm good.
