Candida friendly
This is very easy and full of goodness. If you used low fat yogurt it would be even lower in calories, but I can't access anything but full-fat dairy where I am! Would also be great with fruit on top.
No more standing at the stove, stirring the polenta until you arm falls off!
I made this up today, and it really turned out great. Its a little sweet, a little spicy, packed with flavor and really hits the spot. A very hearty chili for the crockpot!!!
This is made with healthy fats so don't be afraid!
You can also customize it to your liking. Try applesauce instead of honey, 4 egg whites instead of the 2 eggs, or even flax eggs instead of the eggs. (This will change the nutritional information!)

Saw a similar one by one of my friends in FB, but he added jalapeņos, onions, and garlic. I omitted these because of my husband who doesn't eat any of theses. Nevertheless, it turned out pretty good. Amazingly low calories.
I make these with the left over whey from making farmer's cheese, but you can substitute buttermilk or sour milk.
