I like simple flavours, and I don't use much olive oil. I know this is by no means a traditional recipe, but it is fast, easy and very tasty. Spread it on bread instead of mayo, dip carrots or raw cabbage into it, or use it to top a cracker. Any way you use it, I'm sure you'll love it!
Thick, rich stew. Very strong umami component. Can serve with pasta, rice or bread. Best if you serve it with the rest of the bottle of wine!
