Buy these packaged, large (about 8"), flat, dried, round wafers in Asian food stores, either plain or with added spices. Microwave 1 for a quick snack or to serve with Indian food. Nutritional info is for the Patak's brand, made with lentil and rice flour. Papad can be made with other flours, such as chick pea. Size also varies. Had the munchies the other day, so tossed one in the microwave for a few seconds, then spread it with some mango peach low fat yogurt for a healthy snack.
