This recipe serves four. The original in the book serves 2. I also used Garlic Garlic and Onion Onion from Tastefully Simple for the garlic and onion powder.
I also baked the chicken at 350 degrees for 25 minutes instead of pan frying.

MIX ALL INDGREDIENTS. LIGHTLY SHAPE INTO BALLS AND
SAUTE MEATBALLS IN OLIVE OIL THEN ADD TO TOMATO SAUCE. SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS AND ENJOY.
This easy dish is also delicious with Italian sausage, but to cut back on calories I've substituted shrimp. Boneless skinless chicken breast tastes great with the pesto as well.
Want a spaghetti alternative that WON'T make you miss "the real thing?" Look no further.
I based this recipe off of one by Rachel Ray. I adapted it to be a little more lifestyle friendly! It's a cream based recipe but its not too rich. So great with a salad on the side.
Healthy doesn't have to mean bland. This sauce is flavor RICH and makes a gob. I freeze it in one cup portions so it can be made in advance, thawed and reheated for a quick lunch or dinner in the time it takes to cook the pasta. This is also a HUGE hit with the whole family. Omit or reduce the salt for a lower sodium sauce. The tomato products can also be substituted for "reduced sodium" versions.
I got this recipe from Food Network. I substituted 1% cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese (my preference).
This recipe is from Taste of Home - caloric values may vary somewhat in that this recipe is calculated with full-fat Alfredo sauce rather than low-fat.

No kneading, no waiting... a perfect last-minute super crispy pizza crust! Add herbs and spices to make it unique to your own tastes!
The measurements in the recipe are strange because I made it into a smaller portion than the recipe I was inspired by. Just follow it... it'll work!
A vegan-friendly version of an italian favorite! You'll never know it's less than 150 Calories per serving!

I wanted BBQ chicken pizza but I didn't want to order take out, so I made it myself. I hope you enjoy! Take the calories with a grain of salt - I didn't exactly measure the amount of cheese or barbecue sauce that I used.
