This is a low fat adaptation of a recipe found in Mr. Food's cookbook. It is particularly easy since you do not cook the noodles in advance.

Adapted from Fitness.com, eliminating the 3 tsp of oil to reduce calorie amounts!
Similar to Carrabbas... I use this for so many things. On shrimp, vegetable lasagna, salad etc. I always keep some on hand. Also makes a quick appetizer if you have freshly toasted bread and EVOO ;-).... Can keep in the refrigerator for at least two weeks. I've never had it last longer than two weeks, so I don't know beyond that...
