My 18mo old daughter LOVES this, and its good for her. Very versatile & it keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days. Typically, I use dried oregano, chopped, fresh garlic and I grind my cumin seeds. Paprika, just a sprinkle. Salt & pepper to taste. You can substitute beef stock/broth for water for a deeper flavor, substitute turkey for beef to make it leaner, add veggies like: frozen peas, chopped zucchini, chopped fresh spinach; I add whatever I have, this is just a basic recipe. Kind of like Minestrone, but with beef.
