Delicious! Can be used on anything really…sandwich's, as a dip with veggies, over along side of chicken, etc. I must give credit to the Atkins website, that's where this recipe came from. This can use during Induction phase, per Atkins.
My no meat "Sloppy Joe's." Can be served on a bun, or for a low carb options, over a salad.
You can substitute half the beef for pork for a flavor variation, or all of it for turkey for a lower fat version.
The "muffins" of this breakfast sandwich is really more like a thick crepe.

I made these because I really like the Nutrisystem Apple Strudel bar. I wanted something that could be eaten as a bar or muffin. I also wanted something to replace the Optavia and Nutrisystem bars I buy and like.

This is a great recipe for your Bread Machine. The picture is an actual picture of the bread I just made. You can make all your favorite sandwiches with this bread. I like it toasted with cream cheese spread on it. Yum!!
