This is a perfectly delicious and very rich 5 cheese lasagne. It is not something you would eat every week, maybe a few times a year, but it is well worth the work.
I am righting this recipe so that you can choose how many eggs you want to have. I did the nutrition information based on 3 whole eggs which make 6 servings so basically the NI is for each 1/2 of an egg.
The original recipe calls for fresh onion, which I eliminated to reduce the carb count.

To make a lower-carb potato salad, substite a lot of vegetables for some of the potatoes. This contributed crunch, which means fiber. And fiber makes you feel full for a long time. The light mayo makes a good base for the dressing, but you need a little Dijon mustard to give it some kick.

Incredibly healthy dessert packed with vitamins. Low in carb, no sugar! Great for diabetics and those that are insulin resistant. Good source of vitamins and fiber. Great for Thanksgiving or anytime of the year.
