Recipe was found in the Reynolds Foil Cookbook. Recipe could be healthier if curd is made from "Eggless Lemon Curd" recipe found on this site - could also use gluten free cake mix or any other healthier cake mix.
This is a great post workout meal (especially if you don't like protein shakes). I also use this meal for lunches. You can switch things up by replacing the celery with cucumbers. Or adding on stalk of chopped celery right into the chicken salad and eating it on crackers or in a wrap etc.
This is an awesome soup that I love to eat when the weather gets cool. That hasn't happened here, yet. But we have been consuming this great soup anyways!
Creamed spinach is low in carbs only 4.8 g per serving. It can be served during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Fish cake made with Salmon, Tuna, Spinach, Flaxseed, eggs and herbs (onions optional)
Drain water from 7 oz can of tuna
In bowl mix all ingredients
makes 3 cakes
spray stove top pan with PAM. Brown on med-high 5-7 min each side.

Similar to Potato Pancakes without all the carbs.
This is a conversion of cheesy potatoes made low carb by subbing cauliflower "rice" instead of the potatoes. By adding chicken you have a complete meal.
Yummy coating on the zucchini make this filling meal taste like you are cheating.
DEE-LISH! Okay, so the calories are a bit high, but the net-carbs are super low and the protein is high! My kids LOVE this!
