Great with supper or to throw in a container for lunch - make this whole recipe and it last a couple of days.

This is a good meal if you are running out of supplies between paydays.
Tasty but not over spicy.

This is a yummy, high in protein main dish that can be eaten as a burger or alone with a salad or fresh veggies (my option)
This is very similar to a crab cake and can also be made with canned chicken or canned salmon.
This can be eaten as one serving or split into two depending on your needs.
I love these and go for days where these are my main form of protein,' cause they're JUST that yummy.
The spices are all to taste, I love it spicy but not everyone would love it as spicy as I do.
Great hot or cold. Play around with the spices - I like it fairly mild, but the lemon juice tempers the hot peppers so you can go fairly hot with this one!
Baked bread stuffed with mozzarella cheese and spinach - a low fat pizza turnover :)
Yessir, that's correct. Pears and Bacon, and beans. The traditional german recipe "Birnen, Bohnen und Speck" features an improbable, yet surprisingly delicious combination of ingredients.
Leave out the pepperoni and you save a couple calories, but it's just not the same fix!
Really satisfies that burger craving, without all the guilt of extra calories and fat.
This is great on a chicken and spinach or romaine salad and it's low calorie with a serving size of 3 Tablespoons.
When I am on the road, eating well is always a challenge. I wanted something I could take and eat in the car with minimal fuss and maximum nutrition - it's hard to eat salad while driving! I played around with Linda Sue's tuna casserole recipe (totally yummy!) and came up with a veggie & protein-stuffed delicious meal in a muffin. I hope you enjoy it, and if you make it please comment/rate the recipe. Your feedback is very helpful since I am a caterer by trade and I am "testing" new recipes via Spark!
This is much nicer then the Canadian version which has dill pickles in it. Whats with Dill Pickles anyway?
This is a must! I tried it at a health spa (it is their recipe) and I dont want anything else on my salad anymore. Its got bite and if you make it with less fluid and add a little corn flour it can also be thick enough to spread on toast.
Watch out you could be hooked!
Rich in vitamin B
Can also be a topping for whatever you think it will taste good on!
