this is a Kraft recipe i have made countless times i really enjoy the ease of prep and how good it tastes
Soooo good. The nutritional info isnt exact, I just added the ingredients I used, but not the right amounts. I didnt use the whole chilli, probably just about 0.25 cups. It was superr good though! :)
This soup is low in calories but big on taste! It's an often requested meal. It tastes even better the next day!
Garnish with strips of baked corn tortillas, diced avocado or low-fat cheese.

This goes together very quickly. Excellent flavor, it cooks in the slow cooker. Adjust the seasonings appropriately according to your taste. I did not add salt.
This is just as good without the meat. Can add lean ground beef instead of chicken.
15 garlic cloves may seem like a lot, but "foasting" them in the microwave lends a mild, mellow taste to this chili.
I combined a few Crock-pot refried bean recipes to get this. It is also great made with pinto beans.
