I got this recipe from my sister, and it is wonderful. It can be made the traditional way, but it also works well in a bread machine. It makes one standard size (roughly 8"X4" or slightly larger) loaf.

Perfect way to use up left over pulled pork or pork shoulder roast! Enjoy eating "BBQ" a little healthier than straight up BBQ!
This recipe is from Good Housekeeping. It's simple and easy- I use the broiler instead of the grill and it comes out great! I use Wild or Atlantic Salmon instead of Farm Raised and use fillets instead of steaks.
Wonderful low-fat, no sugar added applesauce bread. Each serving is just 76 calories and has only a half a gram of fat!
