Easy to make and healthy. I tried this unsure if I would like it, but I love it, and it makes 4 servings which means I have some left over for lunch the next day.
This is wonderful for a long busy day and a cold night's dinner. Stick it in the oven and walk away for 4 hours. Do not peek. Do not stir. Serve with my Golden Sweet Cornbread muffins.
For variations I have used other flavored vinegars, white wine and basalmic. I find the red wine vinegar is my favorite
Very, very tastey Sliders at room temperature. Both Hot and Sweet. Numbers aren't good but portion control is easy.

This makes about 3 quarts of salad, so serving sizes can vary widely. I've used 6 so that it's easier to do a main dish or a side. It's beautiful enough for guests and the flavor is the best for those who like a strong blue flavor. You can save time by not making the gingered walnuts, just using halves.
