Every time I would go to a hockey game or a fair I would find these amazing Tacos in a Bag. I loved them however I wanted to find a better way to make them. I have no idea how many calories were in the original however this one is not too bad. ( that does not mean it is wonderful either.

Ground beef, lean is used here but you can also make a lower cholesterol version using Low Salt canned red kidney beans (or preferred bean) to 1 cup corn frozen rather than ground beef. I often make half of each and add them all to the pot.
