I really enjoyed this yummy variation on tuna salad. A much lower calorie & fat version. Feel free to omit any of the "extras", but keep in mind it will change the nutritional values.

I came up with this one day because I wanted salmon and it sounded good with the pasta.

This is made from wild caught salmon. It is easy, nutritious and fewer than 300 calories. Serve with a side salad or a cup of soup for a more substantial meal.

This is an adaptation of a very old tuna lasagna recipe. I have removed some of the fat from the original by using water-packed tuna, 2% Velveeta, 2% evaporated milk, and 98% fat free soup. It is still rather high in sodium, however. It is easy to assemble and bake. Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator. Reheat individual servings for 90 seconds in the microwave.

Seasoning in this recipe is to taste. I love garlic and dill weed, but lessen these if you like.

Mix together:
- yogurt
- mustard
- capers

Defrost peas and shrimp, by running water over them in a colander, let dry, add in yogurt mixture.

Similar to the more well known Tuna Melt, this is a lighter, gluten-free, quick and easy Crab Meat Melt
