Yummy and nutritious, this can be served as a main course for 2(or double the recipe for more people) or can be served as a side dish!
Cooked quiche can be refrigerated and reheated at 325F for about 30 minutes, or the crust and filling can be made in the morning and kept separate until ready to bake and serve. Great recipe - most ingredients are on hand and can be thrown together if you have unexpected company. Couple with a salad and you have a great meal!
Look for dark red/purple tuna. You can also cook the tuna on the grill over hight heat.
Yummy dinner with great tasting ingredients. Low glycemic and no sugar added anywhere.
A crabby quiche that's good for brunch or dinner. I make this with only half the heavy cream substituting 1 cup with light or fat free half and half. The calories are calculated for that. If calories and fat are not an issue, go with 2 cups of heavy cream. You really need the heavy cream in some quantity. Bon Appetite!
My version of Maryland Crabcakes. They stay together fantastically well when fried in oil, if you must. Otherwise, bake them with a spritz of olive oil or nothing.
Similar to other one, but using a real egg instead of egg whites (to add a bit of fat) and adding sriracha sauce for kick.
