Mmmm. One of our favorites! Took this when Joey and I had it at Red Lobster and we made it at home! Really good. Use to serve it with Cheesy Biscuits, but not so much now!!
A quick and easy oil and vinegar tuna salad, great for weeknight meals. Change vegetables and seasoning to match your preference or use what you have on hand, helping you clear out the vegetable bin . Leave out the nuts to drop almost 40 calories and 4 grams of fat, or exchange for walnuts to increase the omega-3. You can also decrease the amount of olive oil if you prefer a drier mix, which would also reduce the calories and fat. Serve on lettuce, as a sandwich, or with a warm crusty bread. Or eat by itself, and save the calories for dessert. :)

You waste alot of the mixture you dip the fillets in and the breading. So I did two fillets and broke it down into 2oz servings each = 4 then did 4 more because of the excess of ingredients you don't consume..
