This is a recipe I found on the back of a bag of tilapia. It had a 1/4 c. butter in it but I took it out to save on fat and calories. This is one of our families favorites. It is easy and delicious.
I got this recipe from eat better america web site and it is DELICIOUS!!! My hubby and kids think it is great also.
I had tried a recipe similar to this one and we all liked it, but when I went to make it again I couldn't remember where I had gotten the origional recipe. I made this one up and it was great. The first time I used dijon mustard but the honey mustard was good also. It is nice because it gives a different taste and it is like having 2 ways to fix it. Very easy
