My mother makes these and are delicious. I had no idea how many calories I was taking in when I was eating them. Not sure if the calories on the wings is accurate.
Pizza lover like me.... Man I can still enjoy the great taste without all the CRAZY cal's. Plus you get more bang for you cal going this route.

ok- the mexican beef and rice was too high in calories for some- so I made it over- for about 1/2 the calories- removed the oil, added add'l 1/4 cup of ff cheese, and a larger jar of salsa kept this from getting too dry.
Flavorful zucchini, red and yellow peppers served on top of chicken marinated with herb and garlic marinade. I got this recipe from the Mrs. Dash website but I couldn't find the Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Marinade so I just used Lawry's brand and it turned out great. This recipe is incredibly simple to make with virtually no clean up and the best part is it's low fat and low carb!

Lowfat casserole that's quick, easy and yummy. The cornbread topping makes it more like comfort food than a lowfat dinner.

This is an awesome vinaigrette that gives a nice counterpoint to the paprika on the chicken. It could be served with rice, but I served it with the roast vegetables with pineapple recipe on SparkPeople - and that used the rest of the can of pineapple. :-)
Like a chimichanga but without the frying and high fat. Recipe is based on one from Sam Zien with a couple changes.
