This smoothie is delicious and perfect for post-workout. To reduce calories if you aren't working out, losing the protein powder will save you about 100. I freeze the banana, I think it makes it taste better. Also, you can increase or decrease the flax seed depending on how your body takes it. If you don't want to taste any fiber one pieces you can crush them before blending, but I like the little pieces of the cereal. This is a thick shake I eat with a spoon, the way I like it, but you could probably add ice cubes or more milk to make it thinner. This recipe combines good protein and fiber along with calcium and fruit, an overall healthy snack. Also, it keeps me full for a long time!

I had a can of mandarin oranges, can of peaches, granny smith apple, orange, and green grapes in my fridge so I mixed all them together into a fruit salad. All the ingredients just happened to be green or orange so it looks and tastes fabulous. Quick easy and healthy.
