I found a similar recipe and on sp and tweeked it just a little to satisfy my sweet cravings.
The way I see it is this: Why eat fake food, when you can portion-control the real deal? It's not an every day food, but it will SATISFY, and doesn't taste like styrofoam! ;-)

These are so delicious you should make a double batch so you can freeze some for later or share with friends. I normally substitute the sugar with splenda for less calories.
