This is a basic recipe. Veggies, nuts, herbs, vinegars can all be switched up to create new recipes..
This can also be done in a crock pot. Just throw everything in and cook for 8 hours on low.
We like cole slaw but prefer it crunchy not soggy the next day. this mix never gets soggy.
chicken leg, no skin, baked and whole wheat pasta with low-fat vinaigrette and veggies.
mix egg, ground beef, 4%, bread crumbs and Hidden Valley Seasoning mix packet -- make 6 patties. Mix the veggies and place on each piece of aluminum foil. Place a patty over the veggies and fold the foil to make little pockets. Place all aluminum packets in the oven. Bake for 50 minutes in 375 degree oven.
This keeps me full all afternoon! Plus, this meal gives you 15 grams of non-animal protein.
