This is my family's favorite chili. I've seen a soup version, but this is so yummy! I got the recipe from a WW leader years ago.
I created this recipe to use Chicken Dark Meat Fritter [nuggets] from Angel Food Ministries. Best if you weigh the meat. I prepare more rice than needed earlier in the week. Then use the left over rice in this recipe. Otherwise, add cooking time for the rice

Took a sweet & sour recipe we enjoyed and tried to make it a little quicker to fix and better for you by taking out the frying! It makes plenty of delicious sauce, and you can add more vegetables to it depending on your family's preference!

This meatloaf recipe is easy, has a hint of a kick and stays very moist!
You can add flour to make the cheese sauce thicker (But watch out for the carb value to rise).
Also you can make this recipe with just 1 1/4 cups of 2% milk instead of the half and half cream and water (the cream has less carbs than milk).
I added the green beans for some colour.
Can also be served over rice or pasta if you are not concerned about the carb values.
I used already cooked chicken leftover from the Roast on Sunday.
This is a healthy twist on one of my old faves (a Rachel Ray Recipe), the meatball sub. It uses ground chicken instead of the full of fat beef, and lighter cheeses to make this a delicious but healthy option!

Great, basic recipe if I'm just cooking for myself. I use lower sodium tomatoes. Add in any herbs you like! You can definitely build upon this recipe.
