I started making these when I didn't want to add bread and egg as a binder. The Chia seeds soak up the moisture from the Turkey meat and bind it together without all the extra fat and calories. AND they're good for you.
Take a BLT and change it up. Instead of lettuce use fresh baby spinach leaves and add an egg and avocado for some protein and good fat.
