I made this after a freezer clean out session. The meat can be changed based on what you have. I based mine on a majority of ground turkey with a touch of ground beef.
This gives you all the satisfaction with 1/2 the calories, less than 1/3 the fat and sodium than Carl's Junior single Western Bacon Cheeseburger. You could sub the pork for turkey bacon and hold the onion ring all together and save yourself 60 calories and 4.6 grams of fat. Eliminate the bacon for a vegetarian burger.

This is a delicious liver spread made to be served on rye bread with pickles or any other accoutrement you wish. Beet pickles are the best!!
If you're lucky enough to live in hunter land, ultra lean ground elk (wapiti) or venison works wonderfully well. If not... very lean ground turkey or beef works fine too. And don't be intimidated by my other odd ingredients -- I will suggest substitutions in the recipe.
