Sandwich Recipes (Most Popular)
I make all my own bread for two reasons: it makes the house smell good and I KNOW WHAT'S IN IT! This is my family's "treat" bread because I use all white flour instead of all or part whole wheat bread. It makes great toast in the morning or sandwiches for lunch.
Definitely one of my favorite comfort foods. It's my go-to vegan substitute for a grilled cheese sandwich. I don't care for the taste of margarine, so "buttering" the bread with a little bit of the hummus, creates a nice crunch on the outside of the sandwich (without a nasty greasy feel).
Exceedingly scrumptious burgers made with sweet succulent lamb and served on a homemade bun and a piquant cucumber relish.
Not too sure of how this recipe came about it was about 1986-87 when we were on the island of Spetses we were served a lamb patty with a Greek salad it was tasty but we thought we could do more with it and so our favourite lamb burger was created, I like fries with mine Maureen still loves a Greek salad served with her burger
This makes a really nice light wheat bread. Can't beat homemade bread :)
I usually mix it up in the bread maker on the dough cycle and reshape it in a bread pan to bake it so I don't have a paddle hole in it.

This recipe creates a more bread-like texture, chewy yet crisp. This dough can be made within 2 hours of use and no aging is necessary.
Makes 2 or 3 large pizza crusts and can be kept up to 3 days in the refrigerator or a month in the freezer.
