My concoction of all party leftovers!
Make the Burritos - wrap in plastic wrap and freeze! Enjoy for lunch! Does re-heat a bit mooshy. But yummy with salsa over top, eaten with a fork and knife!
This is a spicy version of a childhood favorite. I actually use an ancho chili, but the ingredients list a green chili - that was the only chili already found on Spark. Feel free to vary the spice blend to reflect your own taste. It would be delicious with southwestern seasonings too - cumin and oregano along with the garlic & chilis. Enjoy and please comment if you make!
This is a splurge for those who just have to have their sloppy, real beef. This is the healthiest version I've ever found that tastes amazing.
This recipe is from my Cuisinart Mixer, if you do not have an electric mixer a would not recomend this.
Makes 2 Loaves. I calculated the nutrition estimating 10 slices per loaf, making 1 slice a serving.

I found this recipe on Mother Earth News for no-knead bread. It is amazing. It is easy. Try it! A long slow rise, but little work. Wonderfully vegan, of course.
Made consecutively in the same bread machine- this makes an otherwise consuming recipe less laborious. Makes 2 1lb loaves.

A fun twist on an old sandwich. The mixture of honey and cinnamon is a wonderful thing!
Using veggie "chicken" and crunchy broccoli slaw gives this wrap a nice texture and flavor
Cook turkey in skillet till no longer pink, then transfer to a dish and cool in refrigerator. Remove core from head of lettuce, then wash and dry leaves. Combine next 7 ingredients (carrots through green onions) in a bowl, then stir in cooked and chilled Jennie-O turkey. Arrange lettuce leaves on the outer rim of a serving plate. Spoon turkey mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf to create wraps. Garnish with peppers, cucumber and cashews.
