Volcano Nachos. I looked up the nutrition on Taco Bell site, but felt that was ridiculous. So I calculated it myself.
Again, I don't agree with the numbers given by the restaurant. I built my own sandwich, by ingredient and came up with something completely different and acceptable.

Light version using high-fiber, low carb bread and reduced fat american cheese slices
I use a slice of bread mixed in to extend the servings and to reduce the fishiness of the tuna flavor.
