This was my aunts recipe, and we grew up eating it every holiday. This recipe originally used Cheddar and Monteray Jack Cheese and no cream cheese...but it really works well with any kind of cheese. Also the original called for real butter and not country crock. This is one of my favorites...I make it all the time....and bring it for events alot. Definately a comfort food!
This is a great tailgate or party dip and this recipe is great for those who like to measure everything out and get an exact calorie count!
This is a very fast, easy, and filling veggie stirfry. I served this with salmon and I was totally full. A good combination of cabbage, fresh green beans, fresh peas, and onion, with just the right ammount of sauce.
All fresh ingredients, brilliant green color, incredibly flavorful, full of vitamins and protein!
A delicious vegetarian side dish or a great topping for rice, steak or porkchops.
Just playing around making some low-ish cal mac and cheese and made this. It was so good!
Way healthier than what I had as a kid but just as good. My family always had this with fried trout when we went camping. It's not quite the same without the campfire smell but close.
