Bubble & Squeak is a European leftover dish usually made with potatoes. I used pureed cauliflower instead for a low calorie healthy side dish
Pecan topped Sweet potatoes. Very light. A family favorite. I start with 5 lbs of Sweet potatoes.
King Arthur Flour recipe modified to be half whole wheat and non-dairy
1 c Ketchup
1/2 t Splenda
1 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper
4 t Lemon Juice 4 tsp
1/8 t Tabasco Sauce
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves
Mix together the ketchup, Splenda, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco Sauce to the bowl. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix well and chill before serving. (cont...)

This creamy, hearty and satisfying breakfast gives you great protein intake and low sugars. You can drastically reduce the fat content by replacing part skim ricotta with fat free, but it is hard to find and also, the taste really suffers. I believe that this is a good meal to fit into a balanced day and easily falls within most people's healthy guidelines.
Taken from the KIng Arthur Flour website and is a large recipe, I have written it just as it appears on the site (but I left out 1/2 tsp ground cardamom because I did not have any on hand!) it makes one large 10 inch loaf plus a pan of large rolls, or two 10 inch loaves. It can be divided. Like I said, I made it just as the website said and am including a picture of one of my loaves! The family already ate the rolls LOL! Delish! I don't expect any other sparkers to make this recipe, I put it in here for my food tracker, and because I am making this recipe for Thanksgiving.
I love these because you can change it up for how you feel. Sometimes parsley and red onions, sometimes dill and lemon with white wine vinegar. They are tangy and satisfying.
