This makes a homestyle custard type macaroni and cheese. You can easily add extra vegetables (bell peppers, summer squash, and eggplant are all delicious) to give it a nutrition boost.
Good for Side Dish. Lemon Juice gives a little flavour to the couscous, which can be a little bland otherwise. Feta Cheese would be optional for a little more flavour.
Kohlrabi is a member of the turnip family, and tastes like a mild, sweet turnip. For this dish, only the large bulb is used. The leaves can be used as you would turnip greens for a separate recipe.

A tasty muffin, decently low in calories without using artificial alternatives. Adding oats, applesauce and egg white in the batter makes it lower in calories. It still tastes like a "normal" muffin, you can't tell it's healthier, which is a plus in my book!
