Put the rinsed rice (1 cup as a whole), add the milk and almond milk (if you want, add a pinch of salt) in a crock pot. Cook at high during 2 hours.
When it is cooked, some liquid should be remaining.

Add this preparation to the beaten whites.
I love sprinkling the top of that rice pudding with a lot of powdered nutmeg. Some like it with cinnamon, and others like it as is.

This recipe is loosely based on the chili recipe from caveman keto, heavily adapted to my own personal tastes. I found that the recipe was too high in sugar for my own liking so I reduced the amount of tomato paste to 100g and add a little water to the pot to make up for lost liquid. I also used my own chili seasoning as the brand they use is unavailable in the UK.
The recipe lists ground pork but I have made this with ground beef too and it is just as good!
I have used different beans to make this, and they're all good. If you use Bush's chili beans, which I sometimes do, you can omit the chili powder -- well, really, you can omit or add anything you want, as long as there's twice as much water as dry rice. That's the beauty of it.
