This is a nice thick mildly flavoured shake for recovery. The flavour is not particularly strong towards any one ingredient, so you may want to add more of something if you want to really have that flavour come through.

It's the recipe off the box with healthy substitutions for butter and eggs.
Follow the box, but use 1 tbsp flack and 3 tbsp water for each egg, 1/2 cup applesauce instead of oil, and milk instead of water. Voila.
This is a crepe recipe made with all low-fat and low-cal ingredients. No, it's not quite as good as the whole milk, with-butter version, but if you want some crepes then this is a good way to go!
