Made with canned pumpkin pure, Splenda and a Reduced Fat crust, it's a great substitute to the regular pie. Next time, however, I'll use reduced fat evaporated milk, if that's possible. I Just needed to get rid of the can I had.

Mock pumpkin pie. eat like pudding or put in a gramcracker pie shell and have a low fat SugarFree pie.
I wanted an alternative to chicken soup to nurse my cold. This turned out really yummy.
