A simple low calorie soup made with only a few ingredients on hand. Could easily substitute other vegetables and seasoning to your taste and what you have available.
Heat Crumbles in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray before adding to pot. Add all ingredients to pot and cook on med. low until done to taste.
For added taste add shredded cheese and/or sour cream to the top of each serving.
Feel free to change the spices to your liking. The marinade is just handy, can use worcester sauce or a salad dressing, just some type of liquid. Variation from Post Punk Kitchen, easy to make, very yummy!
Easy, simple, yummy, high protein, low cal (relatively), though freaky high sodium. Need to try to bring that down somehow.
