Dice the peeled kohlrabi, onion and carrot. Make them brown in the heated oil for 10 minutes (mix from time to time). Pour in the water and sparkle salt and pepper. Add the diced potatoes and the tomato juice.
Let it boil for 20 minutes, until all vegetables are tender.
Add the sour cream, dill and parsley. Let it boil for another minute.
Taste. If you want it to taste more sour, add a little bit of lemon juice.
It is ready to serve.
