Popcorn Cauliflower Recipes

This recipe taste delicious wether you want to eat it raw or dehydrate it. If you dehydrate it, the cauliflower shrinks down and looks more like popcorn which is good for trying to trick kids into eating their vegetables.

You are going to want to double, triple, etc the batches because this will disappear real fast.

I HATE Cauliflower but am addicted to this dish! Never thought any cauliflower dish would make me a cauliflower lover but this one did!

A veggie popcorn

This is simple recipe. The Cauliflower carmalized method. A sweet snack that will be to die for. Everyone loves this, even those picky veggie eaters.

I have never been a fan of popcorn but I thought I would give this a try. I like spicy food (can you tell?) so I added some cayenne.

If you are doing to dehydrate it, the recipe calls for 6 heads. Adjust your spices accordingly.
