The Easiest & Quickest MEATLESS Swedish Meatball Recipe
I LOVE Swedish Meatballs and so does my fiance, However, since I have become a vegetarian it has been harder and harder to make the meals that we both love with limited options for meat substitutes.
I was beyond excited to find the veggie patch meatballs!
This recipe can be easily adapted to regular Swedish meatballs by substituting 48 oz of frozen meatballs with the Veggie Patch Meatless meatballs, adding one can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, using 1.5 cups of sour cream, and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
Yes I know it says 5 hour cooking time, but what is so great about this recipe is you just load everything into your crock pot before work, turn it on low, and when you come home all you have to do is boil pasta, rice, make potatoes, etc...
