So it is 2-half pounds or 1 pound…not 2.5 pounds of chicken. No way to make the calories work at 2.5 pounds. Very easy to make and delicious.
One of my favorite recipes from being on South Beach and really worth trying. One word of caution, Jif has brown sugar in it, so use something like Smucker's Natural PB, rather than this.
