I've actually made this but didn't realize that it was so low-cal. I thought it was the opposite. You can also use low-fat or reduced fat velveeta.
I substituted low-fat saltine crackers and low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella shredded cheese. It was awesome.
I used low fat ritz and 2% cheese. I loved the recipie and so did my family. I will make this dish often
