Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Easy recipe, great flavor, bit of a kick but not too much. Instead of 3 cans, used 2 of Rotel. Added salt and pepper and a bit more cumin. To dress it up a bit when serving ea bowl added a dollop of low fat sour cream and low fat shredded cheddar - minimal addition to calories but so rich.
