This soup lives up to its title! I have made it twice and have loved it each time! I do wish Uncle Ben would reduce the sodium in the "packet"--I did use reduced sodium broth and unsalted butter. I highly recommend this soup!
Outstanding! To help with sodium, I used reduced-sodium chicken broth. Definitely going to be a delicious, winter "comfort food".
