I'm making this right now for dinner tonight but without the green onion cos bf doesn't like it. Also no potato, dwenjang (soybean) paste instead of samjang, and a dash of sesame oil. Can't find dwenjang nutritional information anywhere, so don't know how to begin tracking it! Anyway, yummy recipe!
