Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I didn't have goat cheese, I used low fat cheddar. I sauteed the spinach with garlic and about two tbsp onions. I put the spinach on top of the cooked mushrooms then the cheese, sprinkled with red chili flakes and broiled. Very good, very filling, will make this again.
