Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Looks good - I think to lower the carbs I would use only 1 can of tomatoes and add extra beef broth as needed, and I would substitute fresh green beans for part or all of the carrots. I might add in some rutabaga too. Also I might add oregano and a bay leaf. Hope to try this soon!
