That was SO good!.... well it is.. as I'm drinking it right now. This is truly amazing, and I even added like twice the amount of milk that I should have... I also added a bit of nonfat raspberry yogurt and a tsp of peanut butter :)
two many carbs.
i haven't tried yet but if you want lower calories don't add anything just stick bananas in the freezer until frozen then blend i have never had of them done like this but i'm gonna try sounds good
